It is a wonderful feeling to love yourself, it isn't difficult when you are happy. But what about when you are unhappy….

when you are angry…. when you are sad…We learn to be positive, think positive and live positively, not to focus negative feelings …

But even then those feelings still exist inside of you and we still have to go through difficult times. Negative feelings like anger, fear, frustration, worry, sadness and jealousy are also part of you, waiting to be found and experienced, lived.

When we experience difficult situations and feelings it is a challenge for our soul to grow, to shine stronger.

Truly loving yourself is not only doing so when you are happy but also when you are unhappy, when you find yourself in darkness and struggle.Do not fight the difficult feelings, do not push them down. If you hate the negative feelings you are fighting and hating yourself.

Do not hate yourself, love yourself!

Tell yourself that it is ok, nobody is perfect.You are here to find yourself and accept who you really are, ALL of you.

You have the ability to heal yourself. 

Happiness is not about satisfying your desire, it is about the journey to find love within.
